Terms of Use of phonitura.com. Last updated: 21 November 2025. 1. General provisions 1.1. This User Agreement (the ‘Agreement’) governs the relationship between Limited Liability Company ‘Construction Company LED Energy’ (the ‘Website Administration’, ‘we’) and the user of phonitura.com (the ‘Website’, ‘User’, ‘you’). 1.2. By using the Website, you confirm that you have read the terms of this Agreement and accept them in full. 1.3. If you do not agree with the terms of the Agreement, please stop using the Website. 2. Subject of the Agreement 2.1. The Website Administration provides the User with access to information about Phonitura’s products and services in the field of interior acoustic solutions made from recycled PET materials. 2.2. The Website is informational and is intended to introduce products (acoustic panels, partitions, lighting and diffusers), provide consultations and establish contact with the company. 3. Rights and obligations of the User 3.1. The User has the right to: view information published on the Website; contact the Administration through the available contact forms; request information about products and services; request acoustic consultations. 3.2. The User must: provide accurate information when completing enquiry forms; not use the Website for purposes contrary to the legislation of the Russian Federation; not post information that infringes third-party rights or contains offensive materials; not take actions intended to disrupt the Website or obtain unauthorised access to its data. 4. Rights and obligations of the Administration 4.1. The Website Administration has the right to: unilaterally change the Website’s content, structure and this Agreement; restrict access to the Website if a User breaches the Agreement; delete any User information without giving reasons; suspend the Website during technical work. 4.2. The Administration must: keep the Website operational; process personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy; respond to User enquiries within a reasonable time, usually within 2–3 working days. 5. Intellectual property 5.1. All Website materials (text, graphics, product images, photographs, design projects, the ‘LED ENERGY’ and ‘Phonitura’ trademarks and logos) are intellectual property protected by the legislation of the Russian Federation. 5.2. Use of Website materials without the Administration’s written consent is prohibited. Quotation is permitted with a mandatory active link to the source. 6. Limitation of liability 6.1. The Administration is not liable for: temporary technical failures and interruptions in Website operation; third-party actions intended to disrupt the Website; the accuracy of information posted by Users; the results of using information published on the Website. 6.2. Information on the Website is for reference and does not constitute a public offer under Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Product specifications may change without prior notice. 6.3. Product images may differ from the actual products. Colours displayed on screen may differ from the actual shades of materials. 7. Final provisions 7.1. This Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. 7.2. All disputes are resolved through negotiation. If agreement cannot be reached, disputes are considered in court at the location of the Administration. 7.3. A court’s finding that any provision of the Agreement is invalid does not invalidate the remaining provisions. 7.4.
