1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between the “Site Administration”, “we”, “us” or “our” and users of phonitura.com (the “Website”, “User”, “you” or “your”).

1.2. By using the Website, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them in full.

1.3. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue your use of the Website.

2. Purpose of the Terms

2.1. The Site Administration provides Users with access to information about Phonitura’s products and services in the field of interior acoustic solutions made from recycled PET materials.

2.2. The Website is provided for informational purposes and is intended to present the company’s products, including acoustic panels, partitions, luminaires and diffusers, as well as to enable Users to request consultations and contact the company.

3. Rights and Obligations of the User

3.1. The User has the right to:

  • View information published on the Website;
  • Contact the Site Administration using the available contact forms;
  • Request information about products and services;
  • Request an acoustic consultation.

3.2. The User agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information when completing contact forms;
  • Refrain from using the Website for any purpose that violates the laws of the Russian Federation;
  • Refrain from submitting information that infringes the rights of third parties or contains offensive material;
  • Refrain from taking any action intended to disrupt the operation of the Website or gain unauthorised access to its data.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Site Administration

4.1. The Site Administration has the right to:

  • Restrict access to the Website where a User breaches these Terms;

5.2. The use of Website materials without the prior written consent of the Site Administration is prohibited. Materials may be quoted provided that an active link to the original source is included.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. The Site Administration shall not be liable for:

  • Temporary technical failures or interruptions in the operation of the Website;
  • Actions by third parties intended to disrupt the operation of the Website;
  • The accuracy of information submitted or published by Users;
  • Any results arising from the use of information published on the Website.

6.3. Product images may differ from the actual products. Colours displayed on screen may differ from the actual shades of the materials.

7. Final Provisions

7.1. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.

7.2. Any disputes shall initially be resolved through negotiation. Where an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the competent court at the registered location of the Site Administration.

7.3. If any provision of these Terms is declared invalid by a court, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
