FROSTELLE
FORSTELLE is a tabletop acoustic lamp in which a compact light source is enclosed within a sculptural volume of curved PET felt fins. Its rounded form evokes an ice crystal or snow globe, while the soft, diffused light creates a sense of comfort.
The lamp was conceived as a personal acoustic cocoon for workstations and home offices. The layered fins surrounding the central light source not only create a distinctive decorative silhouette but also help absorb unwanted sound at user level, reducing reflections from the desktop and nearby surfaces. Thanks to its portable tabletop format, FORSTELLE can be easily moved between a workspace, bedside table and lounge area, creating a quieter and visually comfortable environment wherever it is placed.
